Lemonjuice Solutions has been engaged by the North Bay Board to help evaluate long-term solutions for the resort through the Resorts Reimagined™ program. Due to aging buildings, loss of amenities, and declining ownership, North Bay is facing serious sustainability challenges.
Lemonjuice is assessing options such as renovation, rightsizing, repurposing units, and managed exit programs. A detailed analysis is underway, and owners will be updated regularly via northbayreimagined.info.
