Lemonjuice Solutions is working directly with the North Bay Board of Directors through our Resorts Reimagined™ program to evaluate and implement the best path forward for all owners.

At this stage, we are reviewing and auditing the San Bernardino County property tax records related to timeshare ownership, along with conducting broader financial, legal, and market analyses.

No single approach has been finalized at this time. As our review continues, we will provide regular updates through the owner information site so owners remain informed as decisions progress.

In addition, Lemonjuice, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, will be scheduling the next Town Hall. During this session, owners will receive real-time updates and have the opportunity to ask questions directly. Please stay tuned for details.

North Bay at Lake Arrowhead — Town Hall Highlights

Thank you to all who joined our July 12, 2025 Town Hall. Your ideas are shaping the future of North Bay!

What We Shared:

• Introduced  Lemonjuice Solutions and our Resorts Reimagined vision. 
• Discussed options to make North Bay thriving, sustainable, and guest-friendly. 
• Reaffirmed our commitment to transparency, collaboration, and preserving community charm. 

Survey Highlights:

• Ownership:  Most respondents have been owners for 10+ years. 
• Usage:  Many use their timeshare rarely or never. 
• Top  Priority: 141 respondents chose to terminate the timeshare program. 
• Support:  Over 80% support or strongly support ending the program.
